— Body Weight —

Find your body weight along the bottom of the Blanket Weight triangles as a rough guide to determining which blanket is right for you. If you weigh under 85 kg we would normally suggest to go with the 7kg unless you know you have a high tolerance for weight or are particularly muscular or athletic. Please take into account the Other Considerations listed below.


— Other Considerations —

  • We recommend adults with joint sensitivity to opt for a lighter blanket.
  • If you sleep on your side the blanket may feel heavier than it would if you slept on your back or stomach.
  • The 7kg blanket is slightly cooler to sleep under than the 9kg blanket, so if you are a real hot sleeper you may prefer the lighter blanket.

Both the lighter & the heavier blanket have the same measurements, 200cm L x 122cm W. This is the best size to concentrate the weight from the blanket over your body, not your bed.
