We are a registered ACC vendor, so we can prepare a formal quote for you to pass to your recovery partner or therapist. It is free and there is no obligation to buy.

No. The quote is a document your therapist submits to ACC as part of your claim. ACC makes the decision, not us. We are not part of the approval process.

If your colour selection is unavailable we will do our best to get you an alternative choice or ensure you receive your preference as soon as possible.
If ACC approves the request, they issue us a purchase order directly and we invoice ACC. You pay nothing at any stage, including for the quote itself.
The quote needs to be submitted by someone supporting your claim, such as a case manager, physiotherapist, occupational therapist or counsellor. Speak to your case manager about who that would be.
