Unlike traditional bedding, weighted blankets do not necessarily follow bed sizes, so rather than selecting the size that suits your bed, select the size that suits your sleeping needs to get the most benefits from sleeping with weight. For example, if you have a Queen size bed and two people sleeping it, but only one person wants to use the blanket (individual use is recommended to get the most out of the blanket, like a cosy cocoon), you could select the Small Single size or the Double/Queen size, depending on your body size.
Small Single and the Double/Queen sizes are both designed for individual use. Queen/King and the King/Super King are either a generous individual size or large enough to share if you choose to.
As a rule of thumb, select a weight that is 10-15% of your body weight. So if your body weight is 50-70kg, a 7kg blanket is a good fit, however, this comes down to personal preference- if you enjoy the heavy weight of blankets, firm massage, etc. then go heavier.
Tip: we recommend to start lighter and you can always go heavier if you want to swap.

How do I use a weighted blanket?
Sleep under it just like a duvet! If you are using additional blankets for more warmth, we reccomend putting your weighted blanket as the closest layer to you, allowing it to contour over your body, and the other layers on top.
For relaxing, rather than sleeping, "wear" it around your back like jacket, this will target pressure points in the shoulders and release tension.
