We love fast, free shipping! And we do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process & dispatch your order. Estimated delivery times commence from date of dispatch and are guidelines only that are subject to local CourierPost delivery. Check CourierPost for up to date info on deliveries.

A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once your order is ready to be collected by the courier. Our warehouse operates and dispatches orders Monday - Friday NZT (excluding Public Holidays), we endeavour to process every order as soon as possible though please allow for 1-2 working days for your order to be processed.

Return Policy & Process

Weighted Blanket & Bamboo Lyocell Bedding Return Policy

We first recommend trying the blanket for up to 5 nights before deciding to return as it can take time for your body to get used to sleeping under a weighted blanket.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Groundd weighted blanket or bamboo bedding within 30 nights of receiving your order, you may return it to us for a full refund if it is returned and meets the eligibility as per our Return Policy below.

Return Policy & Process:

  • Step 1: Ensure your products are eligible for a refund:
    • The products are in "like new condition" this means no pet hair, holes, stains or any other damage
    • Your order is returned in its original packaging (ie box, cards, tote bag/fabric bag). If you do not have the original packagaing, but all other conditions are met, your refund will be deducted by 25%
    • You received your order within the past 30 day of returning it to us
    • Your order was not Final Sale
  • Step 2: Send us an email at hello@groundd.nz to start the return process
  • Step 3: Send your order to us:
    • Return Address is under the next question
    • Cost of return shipping is not covered by Groundd
    • We recommend using tracked mail as we are not responsible for your order until it arrives back to us.
    • Please write your order number clearly on the front of the package.
  • Step 4: We will inspect your reutrn and notify you if and deductions will be made to your refund based on condition or missing contents. This may take up to 7 days.
  • Step 5: We will process a refund to your original payment method.

If we cannot offer a refund, you can request for us to ship the products back to you at your cost.

We donate the returned blankets so please understand that we cannot offer a full refund if your blanket is not returned in appropriate condition and needs cleaning. If cleaning is required due to pet hair, stains etc. your refund will be reduced by 25%. If major cleaning is required or the blanket is not in acceptable condition to be donated, then we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

  • The order is returned in the original packaging
  • The products are in "like new condition" this means unwashed, no pet hair, stains, damage or similar condition

Eco-silk Bedding Return Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on our Eco-silk bedding for sanitary reasons, these products are final sale.

How to return your order

1. Ensure your blanket and cover are in like new condition, see terms in question above, and re-package in original packaging if possible.

What do you do with returned blankets?

All of our returned blankets are re-homed to a loving home, most are donated to local charity organisations including Autism NZ, and other may be used for demos/samples products.

You will not receive a returned blanket when you place an order on Groundd.nz
